Sunday evening we went to my parents house. Ron had a meeting in Bloomington on Monday afternoon and so we decided we would all go as far as Van Buren so we could see Pap and Grandma.
This picture was taken Monday morning as Pap was trying to get Grandma up to go to her chemo treatment. For some reason she was a little slow getting around this time - I can't imagine why!
I haven't updated on my mom in awhile. She is doing well. Only 3 more treatments. She has handled things pretty well. She has been going (for 3 days) after treatment for a "booster" shot to keep her white blood cell count high enough to continue treatment, but they seem to be working and she is still on tract to be done the week after the 4th. Praise the Lord she has not been "sick" and has remained relatively healthy. She has been very tired some days and wears out early other days, but for the most part she has done well. There are other things that we, as her family, notice, but we are all very pleased with how well she is doing. The doctors have told her that she will not need radiation now and so we are all looking forward to putting this chapter of treatment behind us.

Anna, Eli and Maddie thought that three on the piano was a great idea.

LOL-I had to laugh at the fish names (well, and that you had to flush one of them already). Hope the kids handled it ok. Your mom looks GREAT!!! Glad things are going well and the end of this treatment is in sight! Thanks for keeping us updated!
