The BIG Prize

Well, as of Monday night, March Madness is officially over. The NCAA Tournament Champs are the Duke Bluedevils. I admit I was cheering for Butler, along with the majority of those watching. Honestly though, my bracket was pretty much over at the elite eight.



Overall I won 34 games and Ron won 32. So, that means I won!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yipee! I won!!!

So, now for the prize. Well, hold on for just a minute.........




Let me first remind you that our van is dead. Here's a picture of our Venture.








It was a nice little van that served us well. It has seen it's last days I'm afraid. We are guessing that it is on a truck right now headed to the Columbus Auction. Anyway, it is gone.





And now for my big prize. This year, we decided, (ok, I decided) that my prize for winning the big tournament should be a new (to us) van!

It's a 2000 Chevy Astro and it is new to us!

We have been looking for several weeks now and finally found it. We all fit. The Lord provided for us. Not how we had anticipated, but He provided!

So to all of you who were praying for our vehicle situation, Thank you! Jesus provided!

And I even get bragging rights. It's my NCAA tourney win!
