Last week was a rough week at our house. 4 antibiotics, 4 people sick and checked (some multiple times) at the doctor. So now we started this morning by taking Ronnie in. He is home now for a few days and has begun his antibiotic. We are recovering though and soon we will be back and better than ever. I was feeling sorry for myself and not wanting another week like last week, but then I got an email from my sister-in-law.
My brother, Jay and his wife, Tonya just found out that the home that have rented for a year in hopes of possibly buying has been sold out from under them. (And completely unknown to them). They have 4-6 weeks to find a house, pack up and get moved (they also have 2 children). It would be extremely easy to be MAD right now. My brother has done so much to that house (new shingles, painted shutters) and the land, and has cleaned it up so well. And now this.
Will you please join me in praying. Pray for their attitudes (they are good right now) and that they can keep Jesus first during this very difficult time, pray for the decisions that need to be made, pray for the financial resources that they will need for a move, pray for their children as they are confused, pray for all the issues that arise with a move that is planned and now one that is unexpected.
Thank you for praying. I am amazed at how the Lord humbles me and shows that there are always people who need help more than my circumstances. We serve an all knowing and all powerful God. We will strive to praise Him in all circumstances.
