Mother Daughter

Tonight Maddie and I went to our churches Mother/Daughter Dinner.  It was a fun evening, although a little stressfull.  Maddie did wonderful.  She looked adorable and sat for such a long time as I helped get the sound going for the program that would follow dinner.  She sat good at dinner and just all around did a good job!  She's so fun!  I love being Mommy to my little girl!

The evening was a little stressful because I was in charge of the program and devotional.  The Lord helped though and I thought the whole evening went well and came together well.  I just get tense in those (on the spot) moments.
My Very GOOD friend, Gloria and some of the ladies from her church came and did the program by sharing in music and testimony.  They did a fantastic job!

The verse for the evening was Romans 6:13 and we talked about a lot of different things from that one little verse.  How we are to be Instruments of Holiness (righteousness) and how we are to have His heart and be lead by Him and allow Him to transform us into all He desires for us to be!

It was a fun and good evening!
